Hotel accommodations are available at a special discounted rate for individuals who reside and work 50 or more miles from the event location.
Individuals are responsible for making and paying for their hotel reservation, and may be reimbursed by their district or division. (Please contact your district or division’s fiscal staff for instructions.) This is a change from past CEI conferences.
To reserve a room, you must first register as an attendee for the conference. A hotel reservation link will be provided in your registration confirmation email.
A credit card is needed to guarantee the reservation and for incidentals. A valid credit card, in your name, must be presented at check-in, even if your room charge will be paid using your district’s P-card. We discourage the use of debit cards for your hotel room or incidentals because it can take up to two weeks for the bank to release the hold.
